Returning an item.
Customers have the right to return an item even if the item is not faulty in any way (this is the consumer’s right in UK law). You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items. Refunds will be withheld until goods are returned (or evidence of return provided).The amount of money refunded for goods returned can be reduced if there is evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected. A refund will be made within 14 days of cancellation of sale and receipt of goods (or of evidence of the consumer returning them).Plus the cost of return postage. This does not apply to custom orders .
Returning faulty goods
Faulty goods can be returned up to six months after receipt .A refund will be offered including the cost of return postage.
Cancelling a transaction before postage.
If you wish to cancel your order before postage,Please do this in writing (email is sufficient or use the contact form).Upon cancellation of the order I will provide a full refund of the cost of the item and any postage costs within 7 days. This does not apply to custom orders. All Transactions are subject to UK laws
